Spacious 300m2, the White Combs chalet was built in 2020 by combining old wood and ecological materials.

It is spread over 4 levels (with lift) and can accommodate up to 15 people in great comfort (7 bedrooms with high-end bedding, TV, built-in storage and private bathroom with WC):

• L’Espace Nuit has 5 bedrooms with balcony with an exceptional view of the Alps.
• The Living Space consists of a dining room a fully equipped American kitchen and a scullery. A central suspended fireplace separates the dining room from the large living room surrounded by bay windows with L-shaped sofas, armchairs and 75” television (with Netflix)
• the Relaxation Area is on the top floor on the mezzanine under a beautiful attic frame and a 6th bedroom (with shower room and WC), as well as additional optional beds.
• The Wellness Area includes a 7-seater Jacuzzi, a 5-seater sauna, a swimming pool with counter-current swimming, a gym with massage table and a shower. An independent studio completes this floor with its shower room, WC and kitchen area… which can independently accommodate friends or a babysitter.

This chalet has 3 covered garage spaces (including 2 closed) and 3 private outdoor spaces. Access to the chalet is via a covered passage served by an elevator…
